i directed this film from a sctipr by Peter Le Tarriere who was the producer.
He allowed me a day's rehearsal with the cast.
This proved invaluable in setting up the back history of the characters.
On the day we were booked to shoot on the side of the motorway a big storm blew in.
The AA advised "essential journeys only".
Because we had worked out the whole scene the previous day we were able to get through our day despite the atrocious weather conditions.
